The conference will be moderated by Mr Paul de Gerlache, President of the Mutual of the Belgian Union.

The Belgian Union is a building built at the beginning of the 20th century in Courbevoie to care for and accommodate elderly and disabled Belgian nationals in France. The building now houses a retirement home.
