Secretary General of the Prefecture of the Somme between 1934 and 1936, Jean Moulin worked on the undue question of this department.
Its prefectural action is a link between the factories Cosserat (Amiens), Carmichael (Ailly-sur-Somme), Bouly (Moreuil) and Saint Frères (Flixecourt/ L'Étoile).
