The Hotel de Brimont was built in 1897 by Paul Blondel in the Louis XV style. Spared from the Great War, it was requisitioned by the Germans during the Occupation, then by the aide-de-camp of General Eisenhower.
In 1948, the hotel was sold to the professional association of glass industries, and the architect Jacques Herbé made improvements in 1929\. In 1959, the Ministry of National Education set up the Roosevelt High School for girls.
From 1975 to 2004, he was employed by the Académie de Reims.
Acquired by Champagne Jacquart in 2009, it is restored, preserving as much as possible the structure and historical decoration.
