This visit will allow to discover the history, the architecture and the rehabilitation of this major place of the industrial heritage of Vierzon. This course will evoke both the companies successively present on the site, the work of women and men within these buildings but also the various projects that allowed to requalify this former industrial site whose digital campus inaugurated in June 2023.

Through the visit of this former industrial site, protected under the title of Historical Monuments since 1999, you can relive the entire history of agricultural machinery in Vierzon. This industry appeared in Vierzon in 1848 thanks to Célestin Gérard made Vierzon known well beyond the borders of the city thanks to the production of these many agricultural machines: locomobiles, threshers, straw presses and also the famous tractors Société Française Vierzon.
