The Moulin de Châtillon is a water mill completely restored by the association ASAMEC (Association de sauvegarde et des Amis du Moulin de Châtillon). Powered by its refurbished wheel in 2017, its fully renovated machinery has been able to produce flour since 2023\. This mill had ceased its activity in 1959\. At the death of its owner the municipality of Ondreviile sur Essonne bought this property which is since managed by the Community of Communes of Pithiverais Gâtinais.
