A high voice, a double bass, Antipodes is the meeting of two instruments sailing to extremes. The two musicians lead the audience to discover inventive, virtuoso and contrasting music. Defying classical codes, the duo takes side paths where unusual musical expressions intersect: a game of claps, a deluge of noises and onomatopoeies, a double bass player giving orders to his instrument, intertwined languages, scores of sounds and gestures... Poetic plays interact with funny and rhythmic musical plays, which are small performances with sharp verbs and gestures. Atmusica receives support from the Drac Centre-Val de Loire, the National Music Centre, the Regional Council Centre-Val de Loire, the Departmental Council, the City of Tours, SACEM and SPEDIDAM. Atmusica is a member of Futurs Composés - réseau national de la création musicale: www.atmusica.fr

The Museum - Hotel Morin is the private home of Pierre Morin, treasurer of Louis XII. Built between 1501 and 1505, it became in the eighteenth century the ducal palace of the duke of Choiseul, then the seat of the town hall of the French Revolution in the 1970s, date of the construction of a new building housing the town hall. By the end of the 19th century, the building was transformed into a museum, bringing together national repositories and collections acquired by successive municipalities. The Hotel Morin was listed as a historic monument on October 8, 1880\. Its architecture dates from the first French Renaissance, an alliance of French Gothic and Italian Renaissance.
