Fleur de Loire

This unique meeting proposed by Fleur de Loire invites you to dive into the authentic stories of our local tales and legends, giving life to the vigils of yesteryear. At the hotel’s fireplace lounge, you will have the opportunity to explore the rich mythology of the Loir-et-Cher during these narrated readings. A true rediscovery of our living heritage through 5 captivating stories. During this convivial moment accessible to all, a cold or hot drink will be offered, as well as a sweet break. An event in collaboration with Candy Pastre, cultural mediator (Exploreloirevalley).

A new Chef Christophe Hay Gourmet House located in a 17th century building, Fleur de Loire houses 2 gourmet restaurants, a high-end hotel, a Sisley©spa, a pastry kiosk, a grocery store, as well as a citrus greenhouse and a vegetable garden. Listed as a Historical Monument, the building was built on the orders of Gaston d'Orléans, brother of King Louis XIII, in order to become his private mansion, then a hospice. Designed as a family home open to all, the key words in Fleur de Loire are sharing, conviviality, all around a hospitality in major art and a local and responsible gastronomy. The new home of Christophe Hay is also a place where all heritage, whether historical, agricultural or gastronomic, are at the heart of the values of this new Blois living place.
