Owned by the Clairvaux Abbey, in the Aube, this 13th century storeroom is a fine example of early Cistercian Gothic. Built to store the harvests from the abbey’s estates, it was home to barrels of wine produced by the vineyards of Dijon, Talant and Fontaine-lès-Dijon.
