This exhibition by Laureline Galliot presents about thirty objects, projects and videos. This designer-painter explores the new forms of pictoriality offered by digital. Her iPad is her palette. She toured museums to experience the potential of this tool and transpose artists' gestures into a digital language. For Laureline Galliot, “colour is not a finish, but rather a material.” Like the Fauvist painters, she uses colors to distinguish each of her gestures, sculpting the light on screen. The resulting designs are then printed on paper, fabric or 3D.
