Vaurenard is a family house inhabited all year round. Hunting lodge in the 14th century, it was enlarged and transformed in particular in the 18th century with the construction of the commons and in the 19th century, the construction of a neo-gothic chapel signed Tony Desjardin. His guided tour of the interior (reception rooms and many rooms on the 1st floor) is offered every hour (14h - 15h - 16h - 17h) The visit of the chapel and gardens is free.

The castle was at origin a hunting party (XIVth century), altered in the XVIIth century then extended in the XVIIIth century. Neo-Gothic chapel of Tony Desjardin raised(brought up) in 1847\. Neoclassical French-style garden drawn in 1913 by J. Linossier.
