Museum opens from 11am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm
The museum explores cultural practices, agrarian civilizations and their tools as well as the industrialization of manufacturing, marketing, pastry, etc. It thus retraces the history of the different technologies of wheat, milling, milling and bread making through the presentation of tools, agricultural and industrial equipment. An iconography composed of drawings, engravings, advertising illustrations, posters and an archive collection, from the end of the seventeenth century to the present day, revive the life of craft corporations as an indispensable witness to the understanding of the society of yesteryear.
