Discovery of the architectural evolution of the asylum of Grimaudière (1853) today Georges Mazurelle hospital center, public mental health institution referent in the health territory of the Vendée, from its Napoleonic buildings to its contemporary constructions of High Environmental Quality (HQE), through its wooded park managed with respect for biodiversity and its gardens with therapeutic vocation.
An evolution of the building closely linked to the evolution of care in psychiatry.
