This chapel was built and built in honor of God under the invocation of Ste Geneviève Vierge in the year 1639 by Michel Dodard priest, native of this place of the Bigottière parish of Fougerolles, diocese of Le Mans, canon of the church of St Médéric and prior of Saint Laurent.

This chapel was built and built in honor of God under the invocation of Sainte-Geneviève in the year 1639 by Michel Dodard priest, native of this place of the Bigottière parish of Fougerolles, diocese of Le Mans, canon of the church of St Médéric and prior of Saint Laurent. In 2018, the chapel was restored and transformed into a home by its current owner, an American artist.
