The history and architecture of the Saint-Rémy chapel, also known as the Saint-Barthélémy chapel or even the Jacquou le Croquant chapel, will be presented in the form of a booklet.
The healing chapel dedicated to Saint Barthélémy, is a small building dating from the beginning of the sixteenth century. It is near the banks of the Laurence and a well that is now dry. It shows the castle of La Faye, on which it depended during its construction. It is always the subject of a pilgrimage on the Saturday of August closest to Saint Barthélémy.

Built between 1520 and 1541, the chapel of Saint-Rémy d'Auriac was the subject of an important pilgrimage on August 23, the Saint being reputed to be a healer. Eugène le Roy quotes her in his novel Jacquou le Croquant.
