On the occasion of the commemoration of the birth of Victor Hugo ( 1802-1885 ) and his trip to the Basque Country through Saint-Jean-de-Luz, this walk focuses on the historical, material and intangible heritage, as a driver of sustainable development and a lever for the city’s attractiveness from an environmental and ecological perspective.
