Would you like to visit the city of Brive differently? Then this memory trail is for you!
For an hour, walk through the streets brivist to discover the emblematic places of the Resistance: from the Edmond-Michelet Museum to the station, including the steles, monuments and squares that commemorate today the history of the Second World War in Brive. Through the different places, follow in the footsteps of the resisters who built this history.

Bourgeois house of the XIXth century, the house of the street Champanatier was acquired by Edmund and Marie Michelet in 1929 and extended in 1938\. During the Second World War, Edmund Michelet (who was, then, head of movement "Combat " of Limousin) welcomed refugees and Resistance fighters there. The museum was inaugurated on May 8th, 1976\.
