The church of Acquigny is adjacent to the castle. It was completely remodeled in the eighteenth century by Pierre Robert Le Roux d'Esneval, the "President of Acquigny", from the 16th century parish church. Remains of it-The set has a great unity of style and has not been modified since that time. The Association des Amis de l'église Sainte-Cécile d'Acquigny has been working since 2006, in close collaboration with the successive municipalities, the departments of the State, the Normandy Region, the Eure Department and the Communauté d'Agglomération Seine-Eure to promote the restoration and highlight it by organizing various events. The visit of the church allows to discover in particular:

- The façade and bell tower restored in 2014
- The mortuary chapel
- The grey paintings of the side chapels
- Chapel of the Holy Spirit (painting of the school of Charles Le Brun)
- Chapel of the Rosary (painting by Jean Baptiste Huet the Elder)
