I EAT SO I AM … IN NORMANDY

From September 6 to 27, 2022, the exhibition presents the research conducted by the scientists of the National Museum of Natural History in fields as varied as taste training, table manners, gastrodiplomacy, agricultural models, culinary heritage, meat consumption … Built in three acts, in a sometimes staged setting, the course alternates substantive themes, social debates and «surprise» topics. At the crossroads between past and present, foods, cultures and nature, art and science, food nourishes stomachs, minds and imaginaries. Enough to satisfy the greediest... of knowledge.
