In its workshop located in Lonlay l'Abbaye, in the heart of the Norman bocage, the biscuit factory of the Abbey perpetuates the family history begun more than a century ago. Thanks to the know-how of its pastry bakers and the use of regional raw materials, the biscuit factory has preserved the artisanal quality of its original bakery. Thanks to its history, culture and values, the Abbey’s biscuit factory is naturally part of a process of societal and environmental commitment. Its know-how has been recognized since 2019 by the label Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant.
