Discovery walk in town
This walk starts in front of the Castle, Place Général de Gaulle, and allows to locate the Gate of Ferrara, architectural reference due to Serlio (1540). The most important stages are the Porte du Tambour, the Pompadour Hermitage, a jewel made by A. G. Gabriel (1749), the hotels on Rue Saint-Honoré, the Villa Javal (Art Nouveau), the Boufflers district, then Rue de France, the porches, the ironwork, the decor of townhouses.
