Located in the prestigious Château Buchillot, discover the Paul Belmondo (1895-1982) workshop fund given to the city of Boulogne-Billancourt in 2007 by his children Muriel, Alain and Jean-Paul. An exceptional set of sculptures, drawings and medals created by the artist reveal the formidable creative spirit of one of the last great classical sculptors of the twentieth century. An evocation of the workshop he occupied in the former stables of the garden of the Observatory as well as two cabinets of drawings and medals shows another aspect of the talent of Paul Belmondo. Warm woodwork and numerous nooks and crannies encourage exploration, recalling the secret passages and cabinets of curiosity of the eighteenth century. The Paul-Belmondo Museum attaches particular importance to the visual disability.
