The Arab World Institute organizes a workshop visit to learn all about the organization of traditional Arab cities. A visit to the museum makes it possible to emphasize the permanence, since antiquity, of the urban phenomenon in the Arab world. Participants will discover the principles of the traditional Arab city, the medina, the architecture of the main public buildings and the layout of the houses. In the workshop, they make models of the main monuments of the traditional Arab city.
