Dive into the past of the Country of France through a collection of archaeological, agricultural and artisanal objects

Guided tours presenting artisanal, agricultural, pastoral, viti-vinicoles collections, representative of daily life in the villages of the Country of France around 1900. Presentation of the archaeological excavations carried out in the Ysieux Valley ( Fosses et Bellefontaine) on grinding workshops exploiting the outcrops of local sandstone, since prehistory and the Gallo-Roman era. Collections of back-and-forth Neolithic grinding wheels, antique rotating grinding wheels, operated with arms or hydraulics, experimental reconstruction of a pole mill, etc.
