The domain of the abbey of Port-Royal (30 hectares) represents one of the most remarkable natural historical complexes of the west of Paris. On the edge of the ruins of the old abbey, several spaces evoke the ancient monastic gardens (medicinal garden, bouquetier, vegetable garden, etc.):
* Experimental gardens called "Utility Gardens" of the Granges de Port-Royal. The former "orchard of the Solitaires", created by Robert Arnauld d'Andilly, was recreated in 1999 and allows to find the atmosphere of the Barns in the middle of the seventeenth century.
* Landscape park (19th century) with panoramic view of the Rhodon valley and the ruins of the Port-Royal des Champs abbey. Remarkable trees (cedar of Lebanon, bald cypress with Pneumatophores...) numerous ponds and water points
* Historic gardens: Arnauld d'Andilly’s conservatory orchard (17th century) - experimental gardens known as: «Utility gardens» of the Granges de Port-Royal (evocation of the monastic tradition of gardens)
