Cave dîmière - Centre de musiques actuelles
107 rue Paul-Vaillant-Couturier 95100 Argenteuil
The center of contemporary music designed around the cellar "titmière", a medieval cellar dating from the thirteenth century, is a place of learning and diffusion of contemporary music combining rock, jazz, blues and rap. The medieval cellar was restored in 2006, allowing to reveal a little more its history. Its function has long been linked to the collection of tithes, but it was more likely a "refuge" belonging to another abbey outside Argenteuil for the wine trade.
