The Géotelluence power plant provides heat for the heating and hot water needs of the subscribers of the Ivry city heat networks located on the ZAC des Confluences, the city center and the ZAC du Plateau. Heat is produced through geothermal energy and the recovery of steam supplied mainly by the incineration plant. More than 60% of heat production comes from renewable or recovery energy.
