L'Heure Joyeuse is a historical library, founded in 1935: as such it belongs to the landscape of public reading for young people as well as L'Heure Joyeuse de Paris. The building (small mansion) is located in a square, it is typical of the architecture of the late nineteenth and has peculiarities the red brick facade, the railings with interlacing and twisting. The large trees testify to the beauty of the original park now reduced.
