Building(Ship) conceived(designed) at the end of the XIXth century to store the sugar in the port(bearing) of Dunkirk, the real Warehouse of indigenous sugars became, in this year of 2015, an establishment which receives the Centre of Urban long-lasting(sustainable) Memory, Learning Center city and other occupants still.
