Das 1928 in Paris gegründete Unternehmen Stella wurde 1995 zur Tourquennoise und exportiert in die ganze Welt. In der Erweiterung hat es neue Räumlichkeiten integriert, um seine 100% handwerkliche Herstellung zu gewährleisten. Gemeinsam mit dem Verein Tourcoing Entreprendre investiert sie das Rathaus für die Tischfußball-Tage.
