Hôtel Juvénal-des-Ursins

The Juvénal-des-Ursins hotel dates of 1526\. It was rebuilt stone, further to the fire of May 25th, 1524, the fashion of the "private residences" which spread in cities to the rich and influential families. The located building «between court(yard) and garden» is adorned with an oriel window (small oratorical domestic). The high attic with small window and origins(stumps) of fireplaces, the turret of staircase on the garden, fireplaces and ceilings indoors, are very French characteristics of late Gothic. In return on the court(yard), the topped gallery of a loggia, including two spans in round arch, is an element of Italian importation. This architecture of composite style is a transition towards French Renaissance.
