Cathédrale Saint-Étienne

The cathedral of Metz, the glass surface of which is one bigger(greater) of Europe (6500 m ²) was built from 1220\. The visitors can discover to it unusually the said screed "of Charlemagne", dating the XIIth century s., a Byzantine screed of crimson silk embroidered with golden thread(wire).
