The fort of Bonnelle is a work of 1869 which will be changed by the general Séré of Rivers. He(It) possesses courts(yards) and ditches(gaps) of big(great) width. The fort is built on a tray(plateau) in the southwest of the city of Langres and a part of the belt strengthened by this city.
