Founded in 1994, the Turkish Cultural and Religious Association houses a reception room, a grocery store and a prayer room (200 people) with the mihrab (niche decorated in the wall facing Mecca), the minbar (stage for the second call to prayer on Friday), the kursi (desk).

The Association Cultuelle et Culturelle Turque de Saint-Dizier, founded in 1994, houses a meeting room, a grocery store, a kitchen, sanitary facilities, ablutions rooms and a prayer room. The prayer room has a capacity of 200 people it is oriented towards Mecca, the entrance is made in socks, for the visit it is not required scarf for women. Its main elements are the mihrab (niche decorated in the wall facing Mecca), the minbar (stage for the second call to prayer on Friday), the kursi (desk for the Koran). In the back we find the location of the Muezzins. During prayers, the men form ranks behind the Imam who stands facing the concavity (mihrab), the women have their place on the mezzanine.
