The farm of Niederwyhl occupies a quite small valley. The domain is located in an exceptional context of volcanic rocks. The farm was rebuilt in 1642, shortly after the war of 30 years. A weakness(fault) of shearing serves as bottom in a chapel already described in the XVIIIth century s. After a life of farm of several centuries, different gardens emerge. The kitchen garden for a vegetarian cooking, small fruits for their antioxidant properties, the curative and remedial plants, the odorous flowers, as well as the orchard in diverse varieties. An extremely abundant local biodiversity compound(made up) of numerous varieties as the bedstraw, the wild thyme, pear trees and wild apple trees, the greater celandine, the grass to Robert, and so many(much) others get involved in many brought back(reported) plants as peonies, wisterias, May bays(berries), nashis greedy peas and.
