Property formerly used as a school, unoccupied since 1997.
The former school Sainte-Marie is composed of a first construction dating from the eighteenth century, located at 12 rue Decrès, in stone and with slate roof, with an area of 420 m2\. This building is extended by another construction of the same period, with an area of 580 m2\. A third building in creped stones with roof tiles, with an area of 220 m2 completes the whole, it is located at the corner of the street of Viéville and the alley Lemoine.
