Das Hotel Collenel ist das einzige Privathaus in Neufchâteau, das unter Denkmalschutz steht. Begleitet und kommentiert von den Eigentümern, stellt sein Besuch eine beispielhafte Einführung in die Geschichte der Stadt und die Problematiken des geschützten Sektors von Neufchâteau dar.
Die beiden Gebäude, eines aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, zwischen Hof und Garten, und das andere aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, auf dem Platz, präsentieren eine bedeutende Sammlung von Möbeln und Kunstgegenständen, speziell lothringisch, vom 13. bis 20. Jahrhundert.

Listed as a Historic Monument, the Collenel Hotel is the only private residence that can be visited in Neufchâteau. Accompanied and commented by the owners, his visit is an exemplary introduction to the history of the city and the problems of the Save Sector of Neufchâteau.
The two buildings, one from the 16th century, between the courtyard and garden, and the other from the 18th century, on the square, present an important collection of furniture and art objects, specifically from Lorraine, from the 13th century to the 20th century.
