Inaugurated in 1873, Big(Great) theatre, work of the architect Alphonse Gosset is disemboweled by bombs(sprays) during the World War I. It opens again in 1930s by keeping(preserving) its facade of origin but with an internal arrangement(development) in the Art deco style using the then current(then in class) materials (concrete, metallic structure). Managed by Twill Gaymard, he receives a lyric programme planning(programming) going of the baroque to the contemporary.
