Église Sainte-Marie-Madeleine

Church of style Flamboyant Gothic built in 1524 on the initiative of Philippe de Norroy and of her wife, Nicole d' Apremont, Lords of Génicourt. On a protected mound, a square bell tower projecting on the western side is added in the second half of the XVIth century s. He(It) understands(includes) four stacked(superimposed) rooms of defence and six archères in stirrup, splayed inside the building. These defensive arrangements(developments) can have been realised up to the first half of the XVIIth century s. Harmed in the course of the World War I, the church had since summer restored. It is surrounded with the parish cemetery.
