On the occasion of this heritage weekend, the companies EQIOM Granulats and FEHR offer on Saturday a joint open day.
Discover on the Bischwiller site the progress of raw materials from quarrying to its use in concrete plants and in a prefabrication plant.
Guided tours of 1h will be offered as well as several animation stands for children and adults.
You can discover the machines, the different trades but also the commitments of the site for biodiversity.

The company EQIOM GRANULATS operates on the bank of the municipality of Bischwiller (Bas-Rhin) a gravel pit in the Rhine alluvial deposits. This operation began in the 1960s. The company mined the serious alluvial by dredging.
At the Bischwiller site, raw materials are processed from quarrying to use in concrete plants and in a prefabrication plant.
