Knowing how to cultivate and reveal the diversity of the different terroirs, Thomas Pichet, independent winemaker at the head of the Domaine, knew how to extend an environmentally friendly agriculture initiated by his father Jean-Marc in the 1990s. All the wines of the estate are certified since 2010 in Organic Agriculture. His wines produced with passion: 25 hectares in PDO Bourgueil and 3 hectares in PDO Chinon. Throughout the year, the Domaine offers tastings, cellar visits and entertainment.
