Chapelle Saint-Mamers
Saint-Mamers, 56190, Ambon
  • Morbihan
  • Bretagne
The chapel dates from the sixteenth century and dominates the river Saint-Eloi.
Above the door are the date 1600 and the coat of arms of the Bazvalan Family (Family of small Breton nobility, appeared in the 12th century). The bell tower is all slate and on the side, a small window overlooks the altar. The altar carries on the facade the Trinitarian triangle with its rays. The tabernacle is framed by two steps for candles and flowers. The door is framed by two pilasters. The ensemble is surmounted by a small canopy carrying a globe and a cross.
