Existing since the Middle Ages, its production tool remains unchanged for more than 60 years. Between machines of the last century, 100 years old leather straps you can discover the path that wheat travels before being turned into flour.

The mill of Roudun is an artisanal flour mill existing since the Middle Ages according to the departmental archives.
Still in operation, it produces flour with tools unchanged for more than 60 years at least. On 4 floors; each floor corresponds to one step of flour manufacturing.
One of the last small water mills (which still uses this energy today) of the department.
