Viaduc de Caroual Route de Pléneuf 22430 Erquy
Located next to seafront in Caroual, the viaduct of Caroual is a work of engineering of the departmental line of railroad connecting(binding) Saint-Brieuc in Saint-Briac, realised between 1913 and 1916 by the briochin engineer of the Department of civil engineering, Harel de la Noë.
Of a complete length of 109,25 m, maximum height 17,50 m, useful width 4,22 m, he(it) understands(includes) a central bow(arc) of 45 m of reach(impact) and is established(constituted) of masonry in local pink sandstone and ferroconcrete.
The «small train of Côtes-du-Nord» will bring in Erquy the generations of summer vacationers, from July 11th, 1922 till December 31st, 1948, date of its definitive stop(ruling).

Located on the road of Pléneuf, facing the beach of Caroual. Possibility of parking at 100m approx. The organized tour of 4Km will not allow a person with reduced mobility to participate. The in-situ visit is accessible to all.
