Many Hillionnais probably do not know the charm of the interior of the Saint-Laurent chapel located at the Ponts-Neuf. This place is made available to artists and/or craftsmen, or even other forms of expression... so much "art can hide where we want to look". Maud Trivin, painter and sculptor Evelyne Bannetel present their artistic creations throughout the weekend.

The Saint-Laurent chapel is located at the place called "Les Ponts-Neuf"
The chapel was built in 1572\. Its gable was rebuilt in 1629 and restored in 1931, and again at the end of the 20th century. The location of this chapel is close to the existence in the Middle Ages of a fair of St Laurent aux Ponts-Neuf. Chapel with a rectangular plan, with a single vessel. The western gable, surmounted by a bell-tower crowned by a granite cross, is pierced by a door in a moulded pointed arch.
