While the City of Brest celebrated the 75th anniversary of its Medal of Resistance this year, the Wavelength Association and the Heritage Service of the City of Brest offered a radio training course for volunteer teenagers, both close and distant from a history that structures their city: the Second World War. Based on local heritage resources related to the Second World War and the oral testimony of refugees who had fled other more recent conflicts, they tried to understand the realities experienced by resistance fighters and exiles.
