A picturesque castle, which stands out in the waters of its moat and lake. Built in the middle of the 14th century and protected by moats, the castle welcomed two kings of France: Louis XI and then François I. The fortress was transformed into a pleasure house in the eighteenth century and then was remodeled in the Neo-Gothic, Neo-Renaissance style, which gave it the appearance of a fairy-tale castle. For a visit, discover the outbuildings (kitchen, medieval towers, stables, saddlery, orangery) and the seigneurial chapel. The chapel is decorated with an exceptional fresco of the 15th century, representing Mucian angels.
