The visit, about 2 hours, is free but requires good mobility and walking shoes. Pets are allowed but kept on a leash. The importance of this site from a historical point of view is made in particular because it is the former castle of the abbots of Cluny but also by the result of the work carried out recently which highlights the existence of one of the rare palm games of this time in France, a Filipino tower of remarkable size and a varied park.
