In a vast 16th-century mansion, the museum contains a rich collection, bequeathed by its founder, Philippe Makedonsky. Eight rooms present in a living way collections of tools and objects that evoke the know-how, the crafts and the domestic life of yesteryear, charpentiers, tonneliers, sabotiers, the meticulous reconstruction of a forge of the nineteenth century, a vineyard cellar and a peasant house. Each year, temporary exhibitions are regularly organized.
