Free visit which can be commented if the visitor wishes. The church is from the end of the Gothic without its building having undergone any later modification.
With the exception of a 17th century painting, its furniture dates from the beginning of the 19th century with high altar, statues, stalls and benches.

At the time of the revolution, in 1791, the church put up for sale was bought for 40 pounds by Jean-Baptiste Matignon, in charge for him to have it demolished. Despite several appearances from Donzy’s revolutionary committee, he managed to drag things out, storing his wood in the church and housing his cows there. Once the terror had passed, the church was restored to the clergy, who worked to restore it: in 1800, the accounts recorded the repair of the vault and the glass windows, the purchase of ornaments and singing books. In 1813, a first bell was put back in place; a second one (1,092 kg) was put back in place in 1830, but its metal was used in the casting of two new bells installed in 1882\. In 1854, the cemetery surrounding the church was transferred to the Route des Lacs at its present location.
