As a family house, as a theatre house, it was home to key figures not only because of the personal or professional ties they had with the illustrious director Jacques Copeau, but also because of their own itineraries, their choices, their ties to the village… The walls, the books, the objects, the gardens, everything takes on a different meaning through the eyes of Agnes, Copeau’s wife, their daughters Edi and Marie-Hélène, the actress Suzanne Bing or the Dadonne, an indispensable nanny for three generations… As you wander, we offer you to travel through the languages and countries they have crossed.
